Joyagoo Spreadsheet Guide: From Product Find to Warehouse and Parcel

Follow the Joyagoo workflow from product discovery and option checks through order status, QC, warehouse storage, parcel planning, shipping and tracking.

On this page

This Joyagoo spreadsheet guide separates discovery from the actual shopping-agent workflow. The spreadsheet helps you find and compare a product; the live service is where you place an order, follow the seller-to-warehouse stage, review warehouse information and later submit an international parcel.

1. Find the product and define the exact option

Start with one category and open the specific product destination. Save the exact URL plus the colour, size, version, quantity and included pieces you intend to select.

A listing image may show several products or variants. Do not let the first picture become the option by default. The spreadsheet links guide explains how to preserve the destination and variant together.

2. Compare fit or specifications before paying

For clothing, compare measurements that describe the same object and use the same units. For other products, identify the specification that could change the purchase: dimensions, compatibility, included parts or another item-specific requirement.

Use the size guide for clothing and footwear. If an important field is missing, ask a focused question or keep looking rather than filling the gap with an assumption.

3. Separate the money into stages

Current Joyagoo fee guidance describes the shopping-agent purchase stage as the item price plus domestic shipping to the warehouse, with international shipping paid later. Other costs can include optional services, return-related charges and customs, depending on the transaction and route.

Keep these as separate budget lines:

StageTypical cost question
Product orderitem amount and domestic shipping
Optional handlingextra photos, rehearsal packing or other selected services
International parcelroute, destination, billable weight and packaging
Import/deliverytaxes or other destination-specific charges where applicable

Do not use a product-page amount as the delivered total.

4. Follow the order stage, not the spreadsheet row

Once an order exists, use the actual order record to understand what has happened. A spreadsheet row cannot tell you whether the seller has shipped, the warehouse has received the item, QC has been completed or the item is stored.

Joyagoo's current help material uses distinct order and parcel statuses. Keep the status with the relevant order rather than guessing from elapsed time.

5. Review QC for visible questions

Joyagoo's current quality-check guidance says warehouse inspection can cover visible issues such as clothing colour, size and obvious damage, while some details cannot be guaranteed with complete accuracy. Electronics have a narrower visual inspection scope and are not power-tested under that guidance.

Use QC photos to answer visible questions: correct colour, visible label, quantity, obvious damage or a requested measurement when the measurement is actually shown. Do not use them to claim authenticity, durability, hidden material composition or future performance. See the QC photo guide.

If the item does not match the selected option, check the current after-sales controls and terms before moving it into an international parcel. The returns guide explains what to preserve.

6. Decide what to store and what to ship

A stored item is not yet an international parcel. Decide which items should travel together, what packaging matters, and whether any item needs to be resolved before parcel submission.

Joyagoo currently publishes separate storage rules for stored items and parcels awaiting shipping payment. Because those rules can change, use the live warehouse deadlines for the account and do not let a spreadsheet date substitute for them. See the warehouse guide.

7. Compare shipping with the packed parcel

International shipping depends on destination, route, packed weight and dimensions. Joyagoo's current guidance distinguishes actual weight from volumetric weight and uses different rules by route. An early estimate is useful for planning but is not the final packed charge.

Use the shipping calculator guide to keep the parcel inputs reproducible and the shipping guide to compare routes without mixing product price into freight.

8. Track the parcel after dispatch

After dispatch, keep the parcel reference and tracking number with the list of contents. Read tracking as reported events, not as a guarantee that an estimate will be met. If a status is unclear, use the tracking guide and the actual support channel for the parcel.

Joyagoo vs Joyabuy: how to handle old references

Older bookmarks may contain the name Joyabuy, while the current service and help centre use JoyaGoo. Some current Joyagoo help-centre page names and paths still retain Joyabuy wording. Treat old naming as a reason to verify the current destination, not as proof that an old link or instruction still works unchanged.

If you reopen an old bookmark, start from the current Joyagoo service, confirm the account/order state there, and verify product links individually. Do not perform a blind find-and-replace on saved URLs and assume the result is valid.

A compact first-order checklist

  • exact product destination saved;
  • exact option and quantity recorded;
  • measurements/specifications checked;
  • product and shipping budgets kept separate;
  • order status read from the actual account record;
  • QC reviewed for visible questions only;
  • after-sales issue resolved before international dispatch where possible;
  • parcel contents, destination, weight and dimensions used for shipping comparison;
  • tracking retained after dispatch.

Keep the wardrobe decision separate from the parcel decision

Decide whether each item works with the clothing and accessories you intend to use. Then decide how the selected items will travel together. Removing a garment because its measurements are unsuitable is an item decision; changing packaging after reviewing the packed dimensions is a parcel decision. Keeping those decisions separate makes it easier to see what still needs attention.

Frequently asked questions

Does using a spreadsheet place an order?

No. It is a discovery and comparison step. The live account/order flow is separate.

Is Joyagoo shipping included in the spreadsheet price?

Do not assume so. Product price, domestic shipping, international shipping and other applicable costs should be tracked separately.

Can I ship as soon as the item reaches the warehouse?

First confirm the actual status and review the information needed for the item. If a size, quantity or visible-condition issue matters, resolve it before parcel submission when the current after-sales terms allow.

Match the page to the buying stage

  • Use the catalog when you need to search by keyword, style, subcategory or image.
  • Use the product page when you need the Item ID, current images, option labels and displayed price.
  • Use the DIY order form when a current source link needs manual product information, specifications, images or notes.
  • Use the shipping estimator when you have a destination, packed weight, product type and parcel dimensions.
  • Use the account and tracking pages only after the relevant order or parcel record exists.

Use the DIY form only when the current fields are known

The dated Joyagoo form shows fields for a product name, product link, specifications, images and notes. Fill those fields from the current source record rather than guessing from a saved picture.

If an identifier, option or price is missing, return to the product record and resolve it before continuing. A manual entry should preserve the exact item and option you intend to review.

Import the item or use DIY Orders

  • Sign in to JoyaGoo and paste the original seller product URL into its product-search field. Open the matching result rather than treating a similar photograph as the same listing.
  • If the listing cannot be imported, the official guide points to DIY Orders. Enter the product details yourself, keeping the original link, selected variant and confirmed price together. A failed search is not confirmation that the item can be purchased; resolve missing details before payment.
  • Select the exact color, size and quantity. Add the item to the cart or proceed to product payment, then check the selected options again on the order.
  • Pay for the goods and Chinese domestic delivery. International parcel shipping is a later payment; keep a separate allowance for it.

While the seller and warehouse process the order

The JoyaGoo shopping guide describes this sequence: Order Processing means the agent is handling the purchase; Purchased means the purchase has been made; Seller Sent means the seller has dispatched to the warehouse. Stock Arrived, QC Completed and Stored in Warehouse describe later receipt, inspection and storage stages. Seller dispatch is not warehouse inspection or international dispatch.

Keep the order reference, payment confirmation and each status change. If Purchased does not progress, use the contact button beside that order to ask about seller dispatch. If stock has arrived but QC is incomplete, ask about inspection instead. These are the labels documented in the guide, not promised processing times.

Check the final shipment

Once the intended items are stored, select them in Warehouse and enter the delivery address. The guide distinguishes Submit parcel, which starts with an estimated shipping payment, from Rehearsal, where packing is arranged before the shipping payment. Read the shipping guide for the quotation and fee differences; do not assume both options have the same payable amount. Choose an available route and any packaging or insurance options before paying.

After dispatch, open the Parcel area and its tracking details. Before authorising shipment, verify the address, contact details, item list, packing choices and full payable amount. Keep the route terms and receipt together. When the parcel arrives, compare the contents with your record and preserve packaging if something is missing or damaged. These records support a clear account of events; they are not a promise that a claim will be approved.
