Joyagoo Spreadsheet Links: How to Verify, Save and Reopen Product Destinations
Learn how to save Joyagoo spreadsheet links with the exact item and variant, verify redirects, replace dead links without losing history, and share safely.
On this page
Joyagoo spreadsheet links are useful when they take you back to the item you meant to save and still leave the variant clear. A URL by itself is not enough: keep the destination, item identity, selected option and date checked together so a changed listing does not become an invisible substitution.
Know whether you are saving a category or a product
A category link helps you browse a product family. A product link should identify one listing. Do not use the two interchangeably.
Examples of current OG category routes include Shoes, T-Shirts, Sets and Accessories. A category route can change which items appear while the category itself remains valid.
By contrast, a product page such as OG product 135107 is useful because it identifies a particular listing destination. You still need to recheck the live variant, stock and product details before acting.
Save a link with enough context to recognise it
For every active row, keep:
- exact URL;
- recognisable product name;
- size, colour, version and quantity you intend to select;
- any key measurement and what it measures;
- displayed amount, currency and date checked if you record price;
- one short reason the item is in your shortlist.
The reason can be personal—“needs to fit over a hoodie” or “must hold a 13-inch laptop”—but it should not replace the product identity.
Verify the final destination
After opening a link, check both the final address and the page content. A redirect to a homepage, login screen or different product does not prove that the original item still exists.
If the page loads only partially, do not convert that into a stock or checkout conclusion. Record what was actually visible and retry the current destination later if the missing information matters.
Recheck the selected option every time
Many product pages open at the general listing level. A thumbnail may show one colour while the current selected option is another. Treat size, colour, version and pack contents as separate data from the URL.
Use the size guide when a variant depends on measurements. If a set contains more than one garment, use the sets guide to keep the included pieces explicit.
Replace a dead link without rewriting history
When a saved destination no longer works:
- keep the old URL in your archive;
- search by the item's identifying details;
- open the candidate replacement;
- compare version, options, measurements and included pieces;
- create a new active row if it is not the same listing.
Do not silently overwrite a dead link with a similar product. That makes old notes, prices and images look as though they belong to the replacement.
Share product links without sharing account data
Public product URLs and non-sensitive option notes can be shared. Login URLs, recovery links, payment details, order identifiers, addresses and account screenshots should stay private.
The safety guide covers link and account checks. The QC guide explains why an image tied to somebody else's order should not be treated as evidence about your own item.
Keep a link audit simple
For active items, a four-column audit is usually enough:
| Link | Expected item | Result on reopen | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| product URL | saved identity | same item / changed / unavailable / unclear | keep / recheck / archive / replace |
Only inspect the few products you are genuinely considering. Rechecking hundreds of abandoned rows can create maintenance work without improving the purchase decision.
Leave yourself a next step
Before closing the page, add the question that would let you make a decision: sleeve length, opening width, included pieces or another item-specific detail. On your next visit, confirm the item and option first, then continue that question. A replacement with a similar photograph gets its own entry so that the old notes remain attached to the original item.
Frequently asked questions
Does a working link mean the product is in stock?
No. It shows that a page can be reached. Stock, options and checkout availability require their own current check.
Can I shorten or rewrite a product URL?
Keep the full working destination in your private record. If you publish a shorter presentation link, make sure it resolves to the same current destination before relying on it.
Should I delete old links?
Move them out of the active shortlist rather than erasing the history. An old link can still explain where a note or image came from even when it is no longer a current purchase lead.
Give every candidate an identity
Save a recognisable product name beside the address, then record the option you are considering. Include colour, size or bundle where relevant. A label such as “nice bag” is less useful than a note explaining which bag it is and why you want it.
Keep the original address until you have opened the page and understood the destination. Two links with different-looking addresses may lead to the same listing; two similar product photos may belong to different listings. Neither the address text nor the photo alone is enough to decide that entries are duplicates.
Separate duplicates from alternatives
Check the opened model and options before combining entries. If both links lead to the same listing and the same intended variant, you can keep one candidate with the useful notes from each entry. If they concern different sizes or bundles, preserve that distinction.
Do not merge a replacement simply because it resembles the original. Treat it as another candidate and compare its own description, measurements and options. This prevents an old sizing note from being mistaken for evidence about a new product.
A simple personal record can look like this:
| Field | What to save |
|---|---|
| Candidate | A name you will recognise later |
| Address | The listing you actually opened |
| Intended option | Colour, size, quantity or bundle |
| Reason to keep it | The need it might meet |
| Open question | The detail still affecting your decision |
| Decision | Keep comparing, choose or set aside |
These are private shopping notes. They do not need passwords, delivery addresses or payment details.
Keep photos attached to the right item
Distinguish listing images, another shopper's pictures and your own order's QC photos. They serve different purposes. Community photos may help you notice a detail worth checking, but they do not establish the condition of your own item.
If you save a photo for comparison, keep its product context with it. A folder full of unnamed images makes it easy to compare the wrong models later. Before sharing an order screenshot, remove personal information and identifiers; the safety and privacy guide covers what to inspect around the edges as well as in the centre.
Make the shortlist smaller before planning the parcel
More saved links do not require more purchases. Put aside candidates that repeat something you already chose or fail a requirement you care about. Keep the reason so that the same item does not return to your shortlist next week.
Next, review the selected products separately from delivery. A saved product price does not establish the cost of sending the eventual parcel. The shipping guide explains why weight, dimensions and packing matter.
When the Item ID is missing
If the Item ID needed for the purchase destination is missing, leave the destination blank. Do not form a purchase path from the image alone; wait until the current listing shows the required identifier.
