Joyagoo Spreadsheet Guide for UK Shoppers: From Product Find to Parcel Planning

Follow a UK-focused Joyagoo spreadsheet workflow from product selection and QC to warehouse, parcel planning and current import-rule checks.

On this page

This Joyagoo spreadsheet guide keeps the product-discovery stage separate from the live shopping-agent workflow. Use the spreadsheet to find and compare an item; use the service account to place the order, follow seller-to-warehouse progress, review QC information and later submit a parcel.

1. Define the exact item before you order

Save the product destination and the size, colour, version, quantity and included pieces you intend to select. If a product page shows several variants, do not let the first image become the default choice in your notes.

If the link is old or ambiguous, use the UK spreadsheet-links guide first.

2. Check fit or specifications on the same basis

For clothing and footwear, compare measurements that describe the same object and use the same units. For other items, identify the specification that can make the product unsuitable: dimensions, compatibility, contents or another item-specific constraint.

If that information is missing, keep the question open rather than filling it with an assumption.

3. Split the costs into stages

A product amount is not a delivered UK total. Keep separate lines for:

Cost stageWhat to record
Productitem amount and selected option
Domestic seller-to-warehouse deliverycharge shown for the purchase stage
Optional servicesonly services you actually select
International shippingroute, packed weight/dimensions and displayed charge
Import taxes or handlingonly amounts that actually apply to the parcel

This structure makes it easier to compare two plans without hiding costs inside one headline number.

4. Follow the account status after purchase

Once an order exists, the spreadsheet is no longer the source for its current status. Use the live account record. Joyagoo's current help material describes distinct stages for purchasing, warehouse arrival, QC, storage and parcel dispatch; read the status attached to your own order rather than guessing from elapsed time.

5. Review QC for visible questions

Use QC photos to inspect visible features such as colour, obvious damage, quantity and details shown clearly enough to evaluate. They cannot establish authenticity, durability, hidden construction or personal fit.

If the photographs do not show the detail you need, treat that as missing evidence rather than a pass.

6. Use warehouse time deliberately

Current Joyagoo guidance publishes a free warehouse-storage period for stored items, with extension mechanisms. The live account deadline is the one that matters for your item. Do not let storage time replace the separate return/exchange deadline.

7. Build a real UK parcel estimate

Compare shipping only after you know the destination, parcel contents and realistic weight/dimensions. Joyagoo's current documentation distinguishes actual weight, volumetric weight and later billing measurements, and route rules can use different divisors or thresholds.

Use the UK shipping guide for the parcel stage.

8. Check current UK import rules before dispatch

Goods sent from abroad can be subject to UK VAT, customs duty or carrier charges depending on the facts of the shipment. The UK government's current guidance should be checked for the actual goods and value before you rely on a tax assumption.

Do not copy another buyer's tax outcome into your own budget without matching the relevant circumstances.

A compact workflow

Find → select the exact option → compare measurements/specifications → order in the live account → review QC → decide what to store or return → build the parcel → compare shipping → check current UK import rules → dispatch and track.

Does the spreadsheet place the order?

No. It is a discovery and comparison resource. Transaction states belong to the account used for the purchase.

Does warehouse arrival mean the item is ready to ship immediately?

Use the live order status. Arrival, QC and storage can be separate stages.

Can I use another UK buyer's shipping cost as my estimate?

Only as background context. Your route, packed dimensions, weight, contents and date can differ.
